These terms govern your use of the Barnes Enterprises LLC website and any API components, integrations, or retainer services we provide. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We design, build, and maintain custom API components and CRM workflow automations. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
Fees and payment
One-time builds and monthly retainers are billed as stated in your agreement. Retainer services renew monthly until cancelled in writing. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of monitoring and support.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely access to required platforms and credentials, and ensuring you have the right to use any data processed through our integrations.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered components for your business. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
